Joana Lerche

Joana is a licensed esthetician and she also holds a hospitality management degree. She was always passionate about the beauty industry even before she was in it professionally. She is certified in many esthetic treatments and techniques including Renata Franca method of lymphatic drainage (she is a 5 start pupil). Her propose is making others feel so confident they don’t use filters or alter their image. That’s why she came up with No Filter Advanced Esthetics.

Eliana Chan

Eliana possesses an esthetics license and a business management degree. After working with lashes, she felt in love with facial esthetics as soon as she got in beauty school. Now she is Lash Master, meaning that she gives eyelash extensions trainings to help women achieve their dream of becoming their own bosses.

She joined Joana, as a co-founder at No Filter Advanced Esthetics to help people in her community to look and feel good. Also, to certify amazing lash artists to our industry.
